Have you wanted to up you pickleball game by supporting your backhand?
This simple tip may be just the trick you need. We really like Ed Ju – simple to the point instruction and has a fun time doing what he loves in pickleball.
Ed discovered something he was doing wrong and a way to fix his left hand twoie. We’ll share his thoughts and a couple of screen shots to help but his video above really does say it all.

Ed was drilling with his friend. When he tried to use his two handed back hand he kept hitting the net. When he went back and checked the slow motion he realized that he was holding his paddle in a closed position.
To fix this he put his paddle face against the net to get the feel of the paddle-face to be neutral. At that point he was able to begin to hit much more consistent back hand Twoies.
Ed had an idea of a way to explain how to move your paddle forward in the upward swing. Almost like his paddle was on a Ski lift.

Staying locked in moving up and forward as though your paddle at the same angle as though you were being moved by a ski lift. It’s genius actually, and it works very well. Moving up while keeping with your paddle while keeping the paddle in an open position. Like Ed you can transform your pickleball Towie this way!
