Essential Oils have many different usages. Knowing what essential oils should be diluted on sensitive skin (S), what essential oils should always be diluted (D) and what essential oils are safe to use directly on the skin – Neat (N) – is very important.
Along with that information, it is also important to know what Oils can be used where. We have put together a list of application methods.
All the oils can be used Aromatically (A) this would mean things like smelling them from the bottle, placing them in a diffuser or applying them to a natural diffuser, like jewelry, reed diffuser or other items. Many oils are safe to use Topically (T) on the skin. Then several essential oils can be used internally (I) if the oils are a Therapeutic grade of essential oils.
|.||SKIN SENSITIVITY||APPLICATION METHODS||.|
|N - Neat - Can be used topically without dilution||A - Can be used aromatically|
|S - Sensitive - Dilute for young or sensitive skin||T - Can be used topically|
|D - Dilute - Always dilute before using Topically||I - Can be used internally|
We have put together an extensive chart below for your reference. This Video will help describe some of these details. It will also show you how you can easily use this quick reference chart.Continue reading
Inflammation is an immune response within your body that aims to reduce things like toxins, infections and injuries to begin to heal itself. It’s basically your body’s defense system. Did you know it is possible for certain foods or ingredients to trigger inflammation? It can lead to pain and other unwanted symptoms as well as be an underlying condition which can be linked to certain diseases.
Irritated joints, irritation in the digestive tract, high blood pressure and allergies can be a sign of inflammation.
Autoimmune disorders can crop up from unmanaged inflammation.
Inflammation culprits can be many and it may depend on who you are. Things that irritate me could be different from what irritates you, and vice versa.
Inflammation doesn’t only affect joints. You may not have known that irritation of the digestive tract often follows that of the joints.
Take a guess at what the # 1 inflammatory food is? You guessed it. Sugar.Continue reading
Iodine is an element that’s required for the thyroid gland to produce thyroid hormones. Since the body does not produce iodine on its own, it needs to come from dietary sources—and striking the right balance is key. Inadequate levels or overconsumption of iodine can lead to or worsen thyroid disease, as well as cause other significant health concerns.
Iodine is one of the most important minerals required by the body for healthy cellular and complete metabolic function. Breast tissue, the uterus, the ovaries, the thyroid, the brain and the prostate depend on iodine. But typical intake levels for most people are not optimal.
Iodine supplementation can be life-changing!
In our family, if we have been around crowds or plan to be around several people, we take Iodine supplementation. We also start taking iodine any time we have the slightest scratchy throat. Even if we think we have been around too much dust or our allergies start acting up, we have found that by fortifying our body with Iodine we decrease our risk of these things turning into an infection.
Also, we have found in our family that if we start taking our iodine when we first feel a cold or flu coming on it will considerably decrease the length of time we are sick. Instead of having a 2-week flu, we may just have a 3-day flu.
I don’t mean to make any medical claims by sharing my story but just wanted to share why and how iodine supplementation has helped our family.Continue reading
Without googling “digestive enzymes” would you be able to tell a friend what their roles are in our bodies? Would you be able to tell them how many are naturally produced in our bodies? Before I learned more about them, I would have had a basic description of what they do and why I need them and that’s about it.
Just the sound of the words digestive enzymes doesn’t sound all that interesting but, in reality, they’re actually very important. Enzymes support life! Specifically, digestive enzymes, help our bodies break down food into molecules so our bodies can pick them up and use them for essential functions.
Video with Dr Fuller – Enzyme Specialist
In the video, Dr. Fuller invited 7 people to learn more about how enzymes affect our overall health… but were told nothing in advance. Their blood was drawn before and 30 minutes after taking digestive enzymes. Wow! What a difference in blood cell movement! In case you didn’t know, blood cells are responsible for many things like delivering oxygen to the body and toxin removal, to name a few.

You’ve been sitting at work for awhile and are laser focused on a project that is due soon. Maybe you’re in a long car ride, road tripping to your favorite destination. Then.. a pain begins which you know will be helped if you aren’t sitting anymore, but now is not the time to stand!
I have often heard people talk about this pain in the back of their thighs that runs down the backs of their legs. This can sometimes be Sciatic nerve pain.
Sciatica is a term used to describe radiating pain that travels along the path of the sciatic nerve, running from your lower spine through the buttock and down the back of the leg. It flares when the sciatic nerve is irritated or pinched by any range of problems in your lower back.
Many times when this pain flares up it is temporarily relieved by standing but, often times, will come back later on. The cause behind the pain doesn’t always go away on its own, so you may need to take action to keep it away.
To help with relief from Sciatic Nerve Pain – Dr. Steve has a really simple stretch that may just help you in your day.
This Stretch is called the Pirformis Stretch for low back pain and Sciatica.
The tightness in these muscles often happens from extended sitting, regularly bouncing on a tractor seat or even bumpy rides in a big truck.
These are the days. The days many of us have been patiently waiting for through winter. The days when we can get outside and enjoy beautiful weather. It’s when children come outside to play. When people get out to walk their dogs more and go to parks. It just feels so good. So good to get out of our stuffy houses or even just open the windows to let in fresh air. For me, time spent outdoors lightens my soul and gives me an energized youthfulness inside.
And it’s no wonder! There’s scientific research to back it up. Being outdoors reduces stress and blood pressure. It increases endorphin levels and dopamine production leading to an increased mood. Vitamin D is provided by the sun, which also increases our moods. There’s just this amazing happiness provided by the outdoors that can’t be found anywhere else. It makes me feel like this little girl.
But pollen is high this time of year. Sadly, many of us simply watch from indoors with windows closed or buy expensive medications that only last a few weeks, at most. Do you dread even going outside because of your allergies? I feel for you. I really do. Staying indoors would ransack my drive and steal my joy. I don’t know about you, but I count on this time of year to pick me back up after the long dreary winter. It’s not like we all haven’t had to do enough of that in the last year. Am I right?!
So, a friend of mine who struggles with allergies asked me, “Mary, what kind of things would you use if you were struggling with allergies right now?” Right away my mind went back to the basics. Lemon, Lavender & Peppermint. They have such an amazing synergistic effect. Together, they smell just amazing. Not only do they provide allergy defense but they also have additional benefits you can read about further down. So hang tight.
Lemon, Lavender & Peppermint are all 3 natural antihistamines! Combining the three together is like an allergy fighting super power and they complement each other well. Not only can they help get rid of those pesky allergies but they can also leave you feeling refreshed, calm and uplifted. What allergy medication can do that?

Crepitus is actually the description of a sound. For instance, when we breathe, one of the sounds that we hear in the lung sometimes is called crepitus. It’s a very broad diagnosis and can encompass a variety of issues.
So all crepitus really is is a sound. Often you will find crepitus in joints, and is very common in knees. People can sometimes have crepitus of the neck and sometimes in their ankles. Essentially it’s a crackling of the joint.
You can even have crepitus in your neck, but one of the types of crepitus is a tiny gas bubble that forms and collapses within the joint. This type of popping does not typically cause pain.
What can happen, is the tendons and ligaments repeatedly snap over the joints, body structure, etc. This snapping can sometimes cause pain.
Sometimes if you have continuing use of that joint, you might have a degeneration of the cartilage over the ends of those joints. But what happens is the synovial fluid that makes it soft between the joints that will get worn down? This can happen if you have old injuries, poor alignment, or wear caused by repetitive motion of the joint. Crepitus of the hips, neck, and shoulders can be typical.
So what are some of the causes of crepitus? Rigorous exercise, sudden increase in exercise, repetitive movement in a joint can all lead to conditions related to Crepitus.Continue reading
I found this great recipe for a home-made vegetable wash. This is so easy to make and so handy to use. Vinegar and lemon essential oil have many antimicrobial properties so it works well to your vegetables with.
Lemon Essential Oil helps cut through the oily and waxy substances that are used on fruit and vegetables. Some of those substances on the fruits and vegetables are pesticides, some are substances stores use to make the fruit shine and stay fresh-looking longer.
Spray this on your fruit or vegetables and wait a little bit – then wash. The other way is to put a 2 teaspoons in a basin of water and wash fruit with it.
The essential oils tend to float to the top of your spray so be sure to shake well before each use. Unless you emulsify the oils into the baking soda – We will show you how to do that on the video.
Vinegar and Baking Soda are important ingredients to help remove the pesticides from the fruit. While lemon has powerful abilities to kill bacteria.

In a stunning development, a former Chief Science Officer for the pharmaceutical giant Pfizer says “there is no science to suggest a second wave should happen.” The “Big Pharma” insider asserts that false-positive results from inherently unreliable COVID tests are being used to manufacture a “second wave” based on “new cases.”
Dr. Mike Yeadon, a former Vice President and Chief Science Officer for Pfizer for 16 years, says that half or even “almost all” of tests for COVID are false positives. Dr. Yeadon also argues that the threshold for herd immunity may be much lower than previously thought, and may have been reached in many countries already.Continue reading
