Today we want to share our favorite coffee recipe with you. We call it POWER Coffee!
Are you ever (like me) in a big hurry to get out the door in the morning? Often times without eating breakfast? Maybe you actually feel better in the morning if you don’t eat. Power Coffee may be just the thing for you. Packed with some collagen protein, healthy fats and zero carbs it gives you the energy to get you through a big chunk of your morning.
The carb free coffee helps teach your body to burn fat for energy instead of carbs. We put together a video for you with the recipe. (Not quite as short as some of our other Friday Fun videos but for sure worth the listen).

It’s So easy to make – Here are the steps and ingredients we use to make Power Coffee:
- Our favorite Mold Free Coffee
- a Pinch of Baking Soda
- 1 Scoop of Pre-Biotic Fiber
- 1 Scoop of Collagen Powder
- A Shake of Pink Fine Ground Himalayan Sea Salt
- One drop of Cinnamon Essential Oil
- 1 TBSP Brain Octane MCT Oil
- 3 Drops Chocolate Stevia
- or 3 Drops of Cinnamon Vanilla Stevia
- Pastured Butter or Grass-Fed Ghee
Blend it all together and drink Coffee to better health!
