People that play racket sports like Pickleball live longer than those who do not. Why?

It is a study of 90K people. What Coordination does is activate your Cerebellum (your little brain), which is 10% of the brain’s volume in the back of the head. The Cerebellum is half the brains neurons. When you activate the Neurons it turns on the rest of your brain.

I love playing pickleball and I can tell you 1st had that it improved hand eye coordination for sure. If played 2 or 3 times a week it improves muscle strength – and you will just over all you will FEEL better. Great info!

My personal experience (Nurse Mary) is that I have more energy, better heat tolerance and enjoy hiking and other outside activates since I’ve started playing pickleball regularly. The comradery with friends helps emotional health and over all improves the brain health. Just keeping score can be a brain teaser 😀 !
